Perverted Point Of View

Diabolic comes about the closest it has so far to putting out a virtual sex title with A Perverted Point of View (actually titled P.O.V. #1 on the disc itself). While it's missing the multiple angles that other companies provide, this disc can certainly be compared to the Vivid series of "virtual blowjob" titles, which pretty much offer the same angle that you'll see on this DVD.

Basically, A Perverted Point of View gives viewers a look at what it might be like to actually have sex with one of Diabolic's young girls. The camera is obviously being held by the guy having sex with the girl (director Mike John, the lucky bastard, is the guy in every scene of this video) and a remarkably good job is done to keep the camera steady and to give the viewer the same point of view (thus, the title of the disc) that they would have if they were actually having sex with one of these young beauties.

There is also a downside to all of this, and that is all the scenes only contain one guy with the girl, and we never have the chance to see the sex from any other angle than straight on. So while there is a great deal of cowgirl and missionary action (including anal in almost every scene...except for the two girls you really want to see get it in the ass...Kristina Black and Aurora Snow...bummer!), the angle is such that you rarely get to see the girl's face and the penetration at the same time, and other angles like doggy style and reverse cowgirl are not used at all.

As mentioned above, the two cutest girls in the movie, Kristina and Aurora don't get any anal action...and both of them only receive one facial in their scenes (most of the other girls get two, and sometimes even three loads before their scene is finished). As someone who has been eagerly grabbing up every title Kristina has appeared in, I was really disappointed by her scene, which was probably the shortest one on the disc. She does take a mouthful of cum (and swallows, of course!), but for someone who is featured on the box cover, she doesn't appear in very much of this two hour and twenty minute DVD.

So since Kristina and Aurora aren't given much to do, is there anyone else worth watching on this disc? The answer, fortunately, is yes. Fawna shows up for the best scene on the DVD in which she not only takes anal in the missionary position, but she also gets two cumshots from Mike before the end of her scene. One of the pleasant things about watching Fawna is that she seems so eager to please and do anything for the cameras. Either this girl is a great actress or she really likes getting nasty. Either way, I look forward to seeing some more of her in the future!

The bonuses on this DVD are the same we are used to getting from a Diabolic DVD...in other words, a chapter selection and a slide show on the "A" side of the disc, and a handful of previews on the "B" side. While Diabolic's features are usually so hot we tend to ignore the slim features, it is really getting close to the time where Diabolic needs to revamp their bonus selections. They have basically not changed their format since first releasing DVDs, and other, lesser well-known studios are starting to pass them by in this area. The video and audio on this DVD are above average, and comparable to other Diabolic titles out there.

I probably would have gave this movie a higher rating had the director used different guys for the different scenes, or perhaps even tried two girls at the same time. I'm guessing the reason more guys were not used was because only so many male stars out there would have the experience to know what looks good through the camera lens and still concentrate on giving it to the girl. But certainly there are a few stars out there (Jon Dough, Vince Voyeur and others) who have some directing experience and could handle the assignment. However, it is nice to see Diabolic try something a little different, and those of you who like the virtual sex stuff, are certainly going to enjoy this non-virtual sex title, that still provides the point of view angle that virtual sex viewers enjoy.
