Panochitas Vol. 4

The latest release from Diabolic Video gets points for truth in advertising on their jacket cover, which boasts wall-to-wall sex in the latest edition of PANOCHITAS. However, I seriously doubt that the Andrew Blake crowd would have much interest in this very hardcore, anal-themed series. When it comes to straightforward fucking and sucking, Diabolic always delivers the goods on a silver platter. In any event, the term PANOCHITAS, we are informed, means "sweet, tight little pussies." I have to assume that Diabolic's translation is correct, because such slang is not usually taught in most foreign language classes. While none of these Latinas on the jacket would ever be mistaken for Francesca Le, Keisha or Melissa Melindez, they do have a very natural and sometimes appealing look which might interest fans of "amateur videos." Of course, being in a third world country also deprives them of the standard of dental care we have here in the States, but hey...

There is plenty of clear, professionally produced images of all six women having no holds barred sex, but somehow, this video fails to arouse or satisfy. Videotaped on location in Latin America, six different local girls are recruited to do the wild thing mostly in the great outdoors, and what and who you see on the DVD packaging is what and who you get. They are all young (or at least, young looking), nubile, and refreshingly free of pretention. So if you are tired of seeing the latest corporate-contract porn superstarlet of the month getting banged by the likes of a condomed Randy West or TT Boy, then this DVD is right up your alley. You won't see silicone or bleach-blonde dye jobs here, but neither will you see anyone who might star in Vivid's newest release.

Most of the girl are conveniently labelled with easy-to-remember, Americanized names like Alice, Hazel, Gina and Michelle. All actresses are are paired with either Vince Voyeur or Lexington Steele, or in some cases both. These wannabe porn starlets perform competently, and are undaunted in their willingness to open any of their three holes to accomodate their partner's love tool. Anal scenes are more than plentiful (and plenty-filled, might I add) and oral cumshots are a given in all Diabolic releases. Those looking for girl-girl scenes will find nothing of the sort here. And others wanting a nice "couples" video should stay clear of this series. Without any introduction or warm-up to the sex scenes, there is a something mechanical about the whole affair which ends up boring instead of arousing. But if you want pure, undiluted sex without the foreplay or emotion, PANOCHITAS is it.

Despite the paucity of distinct and model-gorgeous performers, this video would have been greatly assisted by better camera-work. Almost all scenes are shot the same way, with a close-up of girls giving guys head and a medium shot of them getting fucked. Facials are plentiful, but predictable in their unconvincing "smile before the camera" look after receiving a mouthful of spunk. After awhile, I thought one scene looked just like another and I just got plain tired of it all about a third of the way through.

Video quality, on the other hand, is first rate. Sound was generally good, but there is not that much worth listening to in the first place. Extras include a set of trailers for most Diabolic releases, as well as a photo gallery and web-site information --- in other words, the standard stuff.

Diabolic has released quite a few DVDs lately, while their sister company Anabolic has yet to make an appearance on the DVD market. Given the back library of videos awaiting release on DVD from Anabolic Productions, my suggestion would be to give this DVD a pass and wait for the good stuff. With lines like THE GANGBANG GIRL, BUTT-BANGED-whatever-SLUTS, NASTY NYMPHOS and A CUM SUCKING WHORE NAMED whoever, the best is yet to come...
