But like Anabolic/Diabolic DVDs, they've included two audio tracks offering music or no music. Still, if you want to hear the performers, it's best to go with the no music option. The extras are minimal at best, offering little more than a photo gallery, four trailers, and a pop shot recap.

Although it runs over two hours long, there isn't a tremendous amount of variety in Transsexual Prostitutes 43. For one, there's only four scenes, making the title feel a bit light when compared with competing lines. Plus, the scenes could have benefited from some tighter editing and more diverse action. Some may want to note that condoms are used in all of these scenes too. Still, the talent is definitely above average and the camera work utilizes the full frame of the widescreen format to cram the picture with action. It's too bad the action is a little dry, because this is pretty good looking disc, particularly for a tranny title.
