As usual, the extras are light offering little more than a photo gallery, four trailers, and a pop shot recap.

Transsexual Prostitutes 45 is another paint-by-numbers release in this uneven series. The aesthetic quality of the performers isn't too bad this time around, but most of the performances feel robotic, with no sense of fun or passion. Rosario turns up the heat a little with some genuine enthusiasm, but the others simply go through the motions.
