Nikki's Choice

Nikki Benz fans will probably enjoy Nikki's Choice, but it should probably be a rental choice for most others...the sex is decent, but the production value of this Pleasure title directed by Michael Franco is definitely on the low-end.

The story...what little of it there is...focuses on Nikki having to choose which one of her boyfriends she wants to marry - hot stud Jack Lawrence or hotter stud Jean Val Jean. Never mind that while she's making this most important of choices, Nikki is in a bed making out with cute blonde Spring Thomas. Not that any man should be opposed to his woman seeking a little lesbian action on the side!

The first two sex scenes of Nikki's Choice are Nikki relating her recent sexual encounters with her two boyfriends to Spring...starting with a jail cell encounter with Jack Lawrence. Don't worry, Nikki's not facing jail time - Jack just happens to be a cop, and he gets his jollies taking Nikki back to one of the cells to perform a little "justice" on her. The sexual action here is pretty standard, but the theme of the scene manages to make it watchable, and it concludes with a nice pop-shot onto Nikki's tits.

Scene Two is an encounter between Nikki and her other boyfriend, Jean Val Jean, and while I'm sure the ladies out there might enjoy this pairing a bit more (since Jean looks like he's been ripped off the cover of the latest Harlequin romance novel), this is actually an even more standard scene than the previous one involving Jack Lawrence. This pairing only covers a few positions (missionary, reverse cowgirl and spoon) and ends with Jean shooting his load onto Nikki's pussy.

After listening to Nikki describe her sexual encounters, Spring is asked about her own boyfriend, whom Spring describes as such a jerk that he's probably out fucking another girl as Nikki and Spring talk about him. Sure enough, we jump away to a scene with Kurt Lockwood - playing Spring's boyfriend - who is getting busy at that very moment with brunette Jezebelle Bond. This is one of the more aggressive pairings in the movie...although it's mildly ruined by the fact that a layer change takes place toward the last part of the scene. Never mind the fact that this is 2005, and layer changes should not be taking place in a movie that's only 114 minutes long to begin with, but who in their right mind picks the middle of a sex scene to place the layer change in? It would seem that Pleasure needs to catch up with the other adult studios (like, umm...every single other one out there) when it comes to DVD production.

I have to be honest with you...in a movie that was altogether fairly lackluster, I really enjoyed the next scene, which is a lesbian pairing between Spring Thomas and Nikki Benz. I know that there are viewers out there who feel that the only "pure" lesbian scenes are the ones that contain no toy use whatsoever, but I'm a viewer who thinks that there's nothing sexier in a lesbian sequence than seeing one of the girls do the other with a strap-on...which is exactly what we get here. Nikki wears the strap-on and lets Spring ride her cowgirl for a good portion of the scene. There's also a bit of vibe play as well.

The final scene has very little to do with the overall story, and is a pairing between blonde-haired Trina Michaels and Mac Turner. The problem with this scene is that we're supposed to think that Mac cums in Trina's mouth at the conclusion...but I got the suspicion that Mac didn't shoot a load at all and that any residue we see on Trina's lips was simply spit and saliva. I can't say for sure...but I'll let those that view this title draw their own conclusions. If Mac did come, Trina either swallowed most of it or it wasn't much of a cumshot. I'm going to stick with my suspicions for now...
