Pick Up Lines #47

Basically, a compilation DVD shot in Europe (or various European bedrooms and kitchens, at least) and Brazil, PICK UP LINES 47, from Odyssey Video, boasts some very fine looking ladies (especially covergirl Katja Kean) guzzling mouthfuls of cum, but is ultimately sabotaged by its mundane action, coma-inducing audio track and lack of advertised extras.

After fast-forwarding through three minutes of sex chat and porno websites, I was rewarded for my patience with a montage of lovely ladies from PICK UP LINES past. While not much action is shown, there are lots of shots of some extremely attractive young girls with stunning bodies smiling for the camera and wearing jizz goatees (Make sure to run the feature from the beginning to catch this segment).

My spark of hope for this DVD was further fanned as I was greeted by the site of platinum blonde stunner, Katja Kean, bending over a sink in a skimpy outfit washing dishes (yeah, way to take advantage of those European locations Odyssey) Of course, before Katja's hands can become all wrinkly from the dishwater, a male partner enters to peel off her outfit, finger and lick her meaty hole, bang her in a few unimaginative positions and deposit a considerable consignment of man goo on her waiting tongue. While Katja is a wet dream, there are some nice reaction shots of her as she is having her pussy licked and she doesn't shy away from taking a mouthful of jizz, I generally found the action a bit mundane and the bland, repetitive, poorly balanced "soundtrack" largely obscured the natural sound of Katja's pleasure (This sound problem only becomes worse in later segments - unless the girls are very vocal (which they mostly aren't)).

Zarina, a somewhat haggard, spaced-out looking chick who seems to be wearing an unconvincing wig, goes through the motions with a large Jamaican fellow, including getting a delivery of Caribbean sausage up her ass. Like all the girls in the film, Zarina eagerly accepts her partner's fluids on her mouth at the end of the segment.

Viviene, another nice looking blonde girl with a very shapely figure (but an unfortunate tattoo on her left breast), doesn't bother to take off her red beverage dress before getting into a hot tub to blow her partner (There was something really sexy about this). Viviene eventually strips down to get some action in the doggy and missionary positions but, again, the music drowns out all of the natural sound, greatly detracting from the otherwise pleasing visuals of this segment.

Brandy, a trim, tawny Brazilian-looking girl, engages in a fairly routine suck and fuck on a boat on the Amazon and a following segment features leggy, blonde, Monica, also going through the motions and accepting a creamy facial for her efforts. The festivities conclude with Suzy, another trim, sultry, South American looking girl, getting some anal action and banging a dude who looks like Tim Meadows from "Saturday Night Live."

Upsides to this video include some better than average looking ladies, plenty of facials and oral cumshots, nice, soft lighting and plenty of chapter stops. However, the downside includes dismal background (or, more accurately, foreground) music drowning out the ladies, fairly humdrum, repetitive action and a lack of extras. For instance, "Cast bios" merely give you direct access to each scene in the main feature and when I clicked on the "previews" feature nothing happened at all.

Bottom line, while this disc is certainly serviceable, for the same price you would probably be better off spending your money on a Vivid or Digital Playground title where your dollar often gets you extra entertainment (sometimes hours of it) beyond the main feature.
