Strange Name, Decent Movie
Sometimes you just have to wonder what's going on with a particular movie. Wicked clearly has a cultural viewpoint with Kung Fu Nurses a Go-Go, though it's a question of whether they're going for some sense of nostalgia or an overdose of focus-group testimony. Either way, the point is filmed sex, and that is delivered in big enough doses for any cultural critic.
One immediate note of complaint to Wicked: Please don't make the menus take so long to develop that I lose interest. I get that you're being artistic, and you've done a lovely job of it, but there is such a thing as usability. Work with us here.
Thankfully, I calm down as Kayla Carrera comes up on the screen. I've heard guys complain about fake breasts. You won't hear me saying that, as I appreciate anyone who cares about their appearance to that level of dedication. But those haters probably will notice that Kayla's breasts are so perfectly round that they could be used in a geometry class. It's really pretty amazing. I was a bit confused why they went with the thoroughly weird black latex and then bothered to have a scene where they actually played doctor. But I digress... the sex begins within minutes, a lovely tour of Kayla's body. The sex itself is pretty standard, though well filmed, with a good selection of positions. Having Kayla leave on her fishnets is, of course, a good idea, though I think lingerie should be required in every porn scene, so I'm not a good one to ask. But it really does highlight the length of her legs. The scene seems to end a bit quickly with a facial at the end. Then the guy seems to get his prostate checked and Presley Maddox comes in and sort of fights with Kayla. Strange.
And then Presley is in the next scene with a different patient. I love me some Presley Maddox, and she was the main reason I wanted to pick up this disc. Ever since I caught a glimpse of Boy Fucks Girl 2, I've wanted to see a few more scenes with her. Here she has the candy striper look going, and gets into what appears to be a dance-off of some sort with her male patient. They land on the bed and she quickly gets down to business with his cock, sucking it down with skill. She gets the oral favours returned, putting me in the situation of being insanely jealous of the guy, something that doesn't happen every disc. Just wow. Presley has the kind of look it's very hard to get over. The sex positions are pretty standard, then, much like the first scene with Kayla. This scene ends with a similar facial as well. Nothing bizarre at the conclusion, either.
Nikki Kane has a scene worthy of note as well, starring with the perpetual well of good acting that is Evan Stone... he seems to be able to make just about any movie he's in, a rare talent in this field. Nikki's eyes really make the whole thing work, and the whole scene has tremendous chemistry.
Much of the focus seems to be on the three-way scene with hot redhead Jayme Langford and her blonde friends April Aubrey and Kissy Kapri. Unfortunately, they tried to make this scene work without much in the way of a set, seemingly as a kind of stripper act. It made it all rather difficult to film, and while I applaud their attempts to spend a great deal of time with it, it just really didn't all come together.
It's always a good thing when a film has a bonus scene as part of the DVD extras. This time we get an extra dose of Lindsey Meadows, including a nice bit of her getting her ass licked by her male co-star. It's a short sequence, only about 10 minutes, taken from the film Girl Talk, but something is better than nothing.
It's a campy film all the way around, perhaps good for hipster couples who will chuckle along with the cast and still have fun along the way. Nothing here will bother the novice porn watcher, so sharing with a shy significant other won't be a problem. They'll probably wonder if all of these features are this cheesy, though. It's in a good way, but still...
Worth picking up, a good flick.
