Scrubs - A XXX Parody

SCRUBS: A XXX PARODY is yet another ambitious parody from New Sensations, a studio which has produced consistently great titles, including take-offs on The Office and Seinfeld.

Unfortunately, I watch sitcoms so infrequently, that I only had a second-hand and remote familiarity with the original Scrubs. (Hell, I wasn't even sure whether this show was still on the air.) Though it is probably my professional responsibility to have some level of knowledge on the subject matter being parodied, I have to admit that I didn't feel the need after reviewing this "just okay" title. Since the real Scrubs is a comedy, I have to imagine that it's funnier than the hit and miss (mostly miss) humor we get here. Director and writer Lee Roy Myers does a good job at keeping the dialogue going, and the action moving with each sexual situation. However, sex-in-a-hospital is a genre which has been done to death over the last thirty years or so, with such pseudo-classics like NIGHT SHIFT NURSES, YOUNG NURSES IN LOVE, and anything else which has the word "doctor" or "nurse" in it.

Gorgeous Tori Black and sexy Alexis Texas are the main reasons why I would give this disc another spin in the near future. Miss Texas, of course, has proven her hype thanks to videos features like ALEXIS TEXAS IS BUTTWOMAN, and she remains a bubble-butt lover's wet dream. Here, she plays a medical student who gets it on with James Deen and Joanna Angel (definitely not my type as far as visual appeal is concerned, but she does good work), and there are some excellent shots of Alexis eating out Miss Angel's ass as Deen bones the pseudo- redhead's pussy. Joanna returns the favor by burying her tongue in Miss Texas's butt while Deen tongues her pussy. As threesomes go, this one is pretty damn good and includes an anal penetration on Joanna. In the end, Alexis gets spunked in the mouth and shares a taste with her female partner.

Tori Black's scene is restricted to a simple one-on-one with Jack Lawrence, but she sizzles and so does their scene. He strips her down, leans her long, lean body against a desk, and lifts her luscious legs up high to eat out her pussy. Watching her squirm and moan as she rubs her tits through her red bra is incredibly easy on the eyes (save for the unavoidable sight of Mr. Lawrence's head). However, even that visual is topped when she delivers a gagging hummer to lucky Mr. Lawrence. With her head hung upside down at the edge of the desk, she blows him while grabbing on to her red high heels and with her short black skirt hiked above her waist. "Oh bliss! Bliss and Heaven" to quote Anthony Burgess. The fucking and vagina-to-mouth scenes which follow almost make me forgive the fact that the cumshot land squarely on her ass and nowhere else.

The remaining scenes include Missy Stone getting it on with Ralph Long, Shane Diesel plowing Thea Marie on a hospital bed, and Ashlynn Brooke getting tagteamed by Kris Slater and James Deen (no double penetration, however). It's all fairly standard stuff, which is well-shot and competently performed, but no big deal.

Rounding out this package is a second disc with enough bonus materials (bloopers, interviews, a behind the scenes segment, and a bonus scene with Ashlynn Brooke, which is taken from another movie) to keep you entertained for another hour or so. For me, every second of more virtual time with Tori Black is pure pleasure, even if she's just talking to the camera about her favorite show, or flubbing a line or two.

Video and audio quality is up to New Sensations standard, which is to say that it's excellent. However, a watermark appears throughout the main feature and extras, which really chaps my hide. I understand the reasons why the studio resorts to these measures (to combat video piracy, for all you honest citizens out there), but I hate seeing it on DVDs that I paid for fair and square. For that reason, I deduct a full star rating on the movie itself.

Though not covered under my HMO, treatment under Tori Black is reason enough to check into this hospital. For this reason alone, I recommend this SCRUBS - A XXX PARODY.
