Teens in Tight Jeans #3

Let me start off by stating that TEENS IN TIGHT JEANS #3 contains some exceptional hardcore scenes, featuring performers ranging from the merely cute to the undeniably hot, and as expected, Voyeur Media always offers a lot of erotic value for the buck even at Blu-ray's premium prices.

However, at least two glaring (one literal, the other figurative) problems marred my enjoyment of what could have been a five-star rated title. First, the picture quality. The high definition images are not as visually "perfect" as one might expect from Blu-ray. There is noticeable fast motion blur and digital artifacts especially during close-ups on the action (specifically, the fucking scenes) which can be quite distracting. It could be that the nearly three hour main feature (not including over forty minutes in bonus features) was compressed a bit too much for a single-layered Blu-ray, resulting in a somewhat compromised picture. Further, it does not help that whether by creative decision or by technical incompetence, too much of the flick is shot in high contrast lighting, where foreground images are often washed out by a blinding background of white. I can't imagine that director Donnie Cabo would let this happen by accident, but then again, I'm not sure what kind of artistic expression would be made by such an amateurish look.

Secondly, and most importantly, I must object ("strenuously object" as Demi Moore from "A Few Good Men" would state) to the use of a watermark. A small, but definitely noticeable, "Voyeur Media" imprint fades in and out every few minutes on the lower right hand side. Obviously, this was done to combat video piracy, and I respect the studio's policy to thwart such lowlife thieves. However, I don't like seeing it on DVDs that I purchase legitimately, and I certainly despise its presence on an elite medium like Blu-ray. At least a studio like New Sensations has seen fit to leave it off their BDs (for instance, the terrific FRESH OUTTA HIGH SCHOOL #8 has a watermark on the DVD which thankfully has not made its way to Blu-ray), and I wish that Voyeur Media would do the same. Their product is simply too good to let such an annoying visual spoil the high definition images.

Other than that, I have to say that TEENS IN TIGHT JEANS #3 is a pretty damn good fuck flick. I'm not sure that we need a whole separate sub-genre in adult devoted to girls in denims (indeed, some of the performers like sexy Riley Ray aren't really flattered at all by the pants they wear), but I'm sure it satisfies a minority fetish out there somewhere. Stranger still is the approach to each sex scene: what begins as a story-based vignette (Tianna is being tutored French by a guy naturally named Steve French; Eve Nicholson is picked up at an animal shelter and brought back by home by Joe Blow, who then introduces her to roommate Sasha, and so forth) concludes with a gonzo finish, as the director has a brief conversation with the girls shortly after money shot. It's like a breaking of the fourth wall in an otherwise straightforward scene. I don't have any particular problem with the concept, only to state that it makes porn reviewing that much more interesting.

Tianna, a cute, girl-next-door type with blonde hair and glasses, proves to be a real stand-out performer here. Her opening scene with Mr. French starts off slow with a nice, slow and steady (and hands-free!) blowjob, and then quickly accelerates to all kind of debauchery including rimming, anal and swallowing. During the well-made Behind The Scenes interview, Tianna admits to being over-the-top and there's no doubt that she delivers on the hype. She is followed up by Eve Nicholson, who despite her tattoos is one of the prettier girls here. There are some well-shot double penetration scenes as she is sandwiched between Joe Blow and Sasha (who is introduced with a "Hey, Dog, what's up?" - a phrase which will soon be as dated as "Yo, Man,whas happenin'?"), but disappointingly, Eve has a visible aversion to tasting cum.

Eden Adams is yet another blonde whose looks attractiveness somewhere in between Tianna and Eve's. She kisses passionately and deeply, which is a rare act in today's gonzo, but overall Ms. Adams is a more reserved performer. Her scene is a bit too passive and generic for my tastes, and while she is agreeable to getting a shot of splooge in the mouth, she doesn't swallow graphically.

Riley Ray is a young hottie who looks much better in a bikini than in her low-cut jeans. She indulges in one of the hoariest of porn clichés - namely, seducing the pool cleaner - but the results are enjoyable. Like Eve Adams, Miss Ray isn't quite wild enough to make her scene rise above average, but that's probably due to her relative inexperience due to youth. Cream pies do nothing for me, so Riley's internal cumshot was a disappointment.

Finally, we get to covergirls Leona Dulce and Mimi Allen (a petite African American who is easier on the eyes than her partner). We first meet them getting acquainted intimately, engaging in some deep tonguing in their upper and lower lips. A girl-girl warm-up is just what this kind of flick needs before leading into a foursome (with Joe Blow and Ralph Long) which is action-packed and features a DP on Leona. I've seen better ménage a quatre scenes (Paola Rey and Kelli Tyler's affair in FOUR WAY WHORES is one that I'll treasure for a lifetime), but there's no doubt that this is a perfect conclusion to a value-paced Blu-ray (technical problems notwithstanding).

Along with the "Cutting Room Floor" footage (which is really a Behind The Scenes segment but better produced and edited than the vast majority of similar featurettes out there), another outstanding bonus is the "Bonus Core" with newcomer Virginia Want. She is a very sexy, barely legal, East Indian babe (I can only think of one other Indian girl in adult and that's the awesome Sunny Leone) who claims to have only sucked one other dick in her life (her lucky ex-boyfriend's). Yet, she serves up a great blowjob on Donnie Cabo - performed to completion and with swallowing - which can only be described as "pornstar professional." If Voyeur Media continues to tap into talent like this, then I'll be to compromise my critical principles and support their products despite the watermarks. Such is the dilemma of a horny porn reviewer.
