Pulling off humor in a porno isn't always that easy. But that's the aim of this Bo Edwards directed all sex title, and fortunately the attempt isn't too heavy handed. The bulk of the humor comes in the form of blonde jokes told by ceramic frogs in between the unrelated scenes. You've probably heard most of the jokes before, but it's still an interesting way to break up the action.

The first scene opens in a restaurant as Alexis Malone and Justin Syder have just finished their meal. Justin slyly sneaks under the table for his dessert, snacking away on Alexis shaved slit. Still, the feature looks pretty good, with a fairly consistent crisp transfer. The stereo audio track isn't all that impressive but it gets the job done. The 7-minute behind the scenes featurette and photo gallery are the only title specific extras on the disc, but there's plenty more check out thanks to the five bonus scenes. Monique Alexander can be seen in three of these taken from Glamazon, Inside the Mind of Chloe Jones, and Pretty Mess. The final two bonus scenes are taken from The Girl is Crazy (Aria with Lee Stone) and Vicious Streak (Betty Sue with Jasmine Lynn). In all, the bonus scenes add another 77 minutes of hardcore action.

Although it doesn't break any new ground, 5 Blondes is still a fun title with a good sense of humor. Sure, the jokes are all pretty cheesy but the action is well shot and performed. Fans of Monique Alexander also get some good mileage out of this disc given her two scenes in the feature and the three bonus scenes thrown in as extras.
