Gettin' Wet: The Last Howl

Adam and Eve generally have a reputation in the adult business for putting out some of the best stuff available. Most of their adult films have been rather successful, usually pulling some pretty big names and very well shot sex. Gettin' Wet - The Last Howl may not live up to some of their more artistic or blockbuster productions, but if you're a fan of any of these girls (or, for that matter, some up front, decently shot, but not hard porn), then this will be worth picking up.

Disclosure: I'm a huge fan of Ruby. She's in that list with Azlea for women whom I'll buy any film featuring. This could have been two hours of a molecular biology lecture with two minutes of Ruby masturbating and I would have been thrilled.

Barett Moore led this one off, and I was glad to see her in a better light than Channel 69's dimly lit Red Hot Redheads from a few years back. Barett just has an awesome body, and she's in this one to play the stripper / hooker role. The great redhead comes up and hits the traditional oral stuff on a house boat, a scene that would be monotonous if: 1) Barett weren't so great to look at, and 2) it weren't so well shot. The only penetration parts are a reverse cowgirl scene that doesn't go for nearly long enough. The guy blows his load on her great tits, and it's a quick exit, but it was nice.

The story gets to be to the detriment of this film all the way around. I get the idea, and it does tie everything together, but we don't exactly have Matt Damon and Ben Affleck reminscing before a wedding day here. It's just a tough spot to be in: it's a theme that ties the film together well, but there's no way the acting can be believable after the fucking.

The second scene has my girl Ruby with a blonde (sorry, no bio sheet, and I'm not sure of her name), a two girl festival of mammaries for the offing. The girls win a jet ski race over a couple of the bachelor partying guys, and they celebrate by getting it on with a bit of muff tasting. Well done stuff here, and I could listen to Ruby take a tongue lashing or watch her lick up some pussy. The girls each take a guy then over on the shore, providing one of the best outdoor scenes I've seen in some time. It's always so difficult to shoot outside the confines of a studio that most scenes fail. The girls do better here, with the blonde getting into a 69 and Ruby slamming down a guy's dick on her knees. Both girls finally take it from behind, with Ruby taking a load on her asshole, the blonde on her ample tits. Great stuff.

A nice, nice looking brunette goes for one of the guys on the boat, working through the lick, suck, fuck routine in a slightly under lit sequence. The positions are, again, rather mundane as well, though what we can see is nice enough. Another tit-aimed cum shot and we're out. I would have liked a facial here somewhere, but I suppose this one's a bit for the couples, too.

Alex Silk gets it on, then, with her husband to be at the end. Again, it's dark, it's on the boat, and you wind up wondering how no one else can hear these things going on. But I digress... Alex gets some pretty good treatment, first with a cowgirl, then a doggie. There is a touch of the anal work in this one, though nothing major. It's a near cream pie finisher, with the guy (Kyle Stone, for those of you keeping score at home) just pulling back out in time to shoot his load.

So if it has Ruby (and I want Fresh Meat 3, as well, after seeing she's in it), I'd recommend it. Even aside from that, Gettin' Wet is one that should perk most people's interest, assuming you aren't looking for anything either too artsy or too hardcore. If you're looking to introduce your significant other to the blue world, this would be okay. It's not very hard, but it's not some ridiculously high end product from which everything else would be a let down. It's just a good, blue collar effort, solid all the way through.
