Sex between chicks too uncomfortable even to speak to one another can be excruciatingly embarrassing. And in fairness, this film never sinks to that level; it just never rises too far above it.

I confess that I do not entirely understand the attraction of amateur sex, unless, of course, it appears the performers are enjoying themselves. It can be, then, quite exciting. But then, when the girls are having fun, they tend to perform better. It's the difference between licking a girl's clit because that's what lesbians do and licking it so as to get your partner off or even just for the thrill of doing it. It can be more than that, too. Hesitant amateurs tend to do as little as possible while more aggressive girls occasionally risk it and really come away with the taste of another girl.

The girls in this film fall into the former category. Oral sex consists almost entirely of clit stimulation; sometimes we get the more unusual bush stimulation (which occurs when a girl really doesn't want to make contact her partner's clit and heads a bit north instead). And since pushing through with the oral portion of the scene is difficult enough, it comes as no surprise that once so engaged these girls typically do nothing else: their hands and fingers remain deadlocked. To a girl, I suspect that this entire cast would have been more at ease in a boy/girl movie, but at the least they give lesbianism a go and if they don't exactly generate much heat, they don't unduly embarrass themselves (or the viewers) either.
