Captain America XXX: An Axel Braun Parody

Captain America's shield and mask are as iconic as apple pie and Old Glory. When the character was revived as part of a blockbuster mainstream franchise, it was only a matter of time until porn parodied the material. In this July 4th throwback edition of "Take Five," the primary AE bloggers give you their viewpoints on this 2014 movie.

I must confess that I never watched the real Captain America, so I may not get some of the references in this film to the original. It starts off with a sexy blonde in uniform; I think that is hot and sexy. She has a hot body, no real storyline yet, just costume sex which is okay by me. The next scene offers some story with some skull-faced stud. He pounds into a pretty girl who looks just like a friend of mine, not sure how I feel about that! Captain America gets a fight scene, low budget compared to a real movie but not bad. The sex is great - you can tell the characters are really enjoying it. Some threesome and interracial action in costume; the acting was good and the fight scenes were done well. For my preferences, I like to see more nudity but as parodies go, it was done well.

Over the past decade, a glut of superhero movies has crowded more innovative fare out of movie theaters. If I'm feeling more charitable, though, I would concede that the Marvel comic-book movies are certainly a cut above your typical mindless blockbuster. Similarly, Axel Braun's movies have always elevated themselves from the porn pack. He seems genuinely interested in providing a quality product, all within the limits of a modest porn budget. And honestly, there's always been something a little kinky about superhero material to begin with. (Really, all that latex and those deep psychological problems!) The mythology of Captain America is unimportant for me, so I focused instead on the sexual shenanigans. On the one hand, seeing two mostly costumed people have sex seems to defeat the purpose. On the other, it's quirky, unusual, and fun! Stay put for the "plot" if you're a Marvel buff, but fast-forward to the sex if you're not.

There's only one thing more American than the 4th of July, and that's Captain America. And there's only one thing more American than Captain America, and that's porn! Naturally, a Captain America porn is the best way to celebrate. Right out of the gate on Captain America XXX: An Axel Braun Parody, we learn that Captain America was tapping America's Rosie the Riveter on the regular during WW2, and that he's a kinder lover than Batman (he's face full of anti-Nazi coochie in less than a minute). But it doesn't quite stack up to other Axel Braun parodies in terms of pacing or narrative, and I didn't recognize characters. Outside of Captain America, it looks like they covered the actors in glue and had them roll around the wardrobe room, and whatever stuck was their costume. It's more of a collection of scenes, some of which happen to feature Captain America. Still, if you enjoy women in kinky costumes loudly taking dicks from men in even kinkier costumes, then this parody will do the trick. After all, isn't that what we want in a superhero parody?

Sexy superheroes, hot sex, and a fun porn parody ?- what's not to enjoy?! I would not consider myself a fan of comics, Marvel movies, superheroes, or anything like that, but this XXX parody is one to check out. I am not familiar with Captain America at all, honestly. I don't even know the storyline, but with a cast of stars this hot, it has to be good! Literally, seconds after the opening credits, we see Aaron Wilcox, who plays Captain America, and Britney Amber going at it in an army tent. There is no shortage of hot action in this movie, but on the downside, there is also no introductions or backstories. For me not knowing the story of Captain America, it was a little hard to follow, and the costumes, well, let's just say they kept things interesting. If you are a comic book/superhero fan be, sure to check out this parody!

While I have seen many of the Marvel movies, I must admit that I haven't seen the Captain America films. Through the other films you will see glimpse into the characters stories and some of their past and get the jest of what happened to them in previous instalments. Normally I'm a big fan of Axel Braun's movies, they always have spot on storylines (as much as you can for a porn spoof), fantastic costumes and look like high quality films, however this one was a little disappointing. The fight scenes were okay but nothing spectacular, costumes were alright and some of the scenes didn't even try to portray the storyline which a parody should try to do. Overall I think it was an okay movie but not one that I would seek out to watch again.

A disappointing & bad adult film. Some of Axel Braun's pornographic parodies like his newest film "Suicide Squad" (which won 9 AVN Awards) are great, but this one isn't. The story is boring & the performers look silly in their low-budget superhero costumes. The only thing that's good about this film are the performers which are among the most famous ones in the adult industry, although that isn't enough to save this film.
