Black & Blue from James Deen Productions is my very first movie from this company and I have to let you know the movie is written and directed by James Deen (plus he's also a sex performer here). Jade Nile is the lead as well as James Deen. Janice Griffith also takes a lot of responsibility on her shoulders. The movie seems to be aimed for fans of porn with story and BDSM. We need to find out if the movie is recommendable for women or couples!

Overall: Black & Blue from James Deen Productions was written, directed and performed by James Deen and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with his job behind the camera with the exception of the devil's threesome. The acting performances of Janice and Jade were great, they carry most of the movie on their shoulders.

The appearances of James in front of the camera were limited, but he did good on his usual role of alpha male. The second part of the short plot was very similar to the 50 Shades overused plot in porn; the movie was divided in two stories: Janice's and Jade's. The movie is good for fans of James, Janice or Jade, but it's not really recommendable for fans of BDSM or fans of porn for couples, the reason? There's only one scene with BDSM and the plot for couples was mostly used in one part of the movie.

This is the first movie I watched from James Deen Productions and I was very pleased with it, I think this company is going for bigger things in the near future! Check out the extras, the movie includes a behind the scenes footage that lasts for over 1 hour and 20 minutes!
