Synopsis:

Samantha and Shelby are in a desperate strait. They are about to become homeless. The rent is overdue and they don't have the money. Fortunately for them the landlord has a weakness for pretty girls. Unfortunately he has a fondness for bondage. Well, the solution is simple. The landlord will forgive their debt if they allow him to tie them up. The girls foolishly agree. What they didn't realize is once they are stripped and tied; he can do anything he wishes with them. He chooses to tickle them mercilessly. And then for good measure, he binds them over for a deposit on next month's rent. Wouldn't it be delightful if these two ticklish cuties were delinquent for the entire year!
