Rocco Never Dies: The End

Truth be told... "The End" isn't quite as good as "The Beginning". But that's not to say this is a bad movie. On the contrary! What Rocco Never Dies: The End lacks (as compared to its predecessor) is made up for in terms of some unconventional additions; oddity and originality. Prior to addressing the particulars though, I'll cover some truly essential notes of interest for potential viewers.

This film is just that... a film, complete with a plot, major characters and a climactic dramatic finale. Furthermore, because it is a sequel, major characters are reoccurring. The storyline is also is a direct continuation. The End picks up where Rocco Never Dies leaves off. On the other side of that coin, however, viewers who haven't seen Rocco Never Dies can indeed watch The End without too much confusion. Here's why: The story isn't extremely complex, in the first place. So, ultimately, The End stands on its own with a plot that surrounds "bad guys" laying claim to a nuclear device and the main "good guy" (Rocco) trying to stop them. The sexual situations simply work their way into the ongoing espionage suspense. The story of this stolen device is interesting, though a little "light" in the development department. As such, most viewers will probably focus more on the intertwined sex, than try to follow which villain really has the bomb. In other words, the events of Rocco Never Dies, though directly leading to the events of Rocco Never Dies: The End, do not absolutely require viewers to study it in order to enjoy this sequel. The most overwhelmingly pleasing aspect of The End is the successful mesh of big budget filmmaking with hardcore sex, primarily of the "anal" sort. Orgies, double-penetrations, and rough sex, and of course, gaping glimpses into the unknown are "usual suspects" in a flick of this nature.

For the sake of background...

Rocco Never Dies tells the tale of two Soviet operatives whose mission is to capture a nuclear device from terrorists in Afghanistan. Problem is... one of the operatives has an evil motive of his own. Following successful accomplishment of orders, whacking a few Jihad guerillas and double-teaming a female they liberate, one operative turns on the other (Rocco) and makes off with the goods. The story then follows Rocco's adventures throughout Europe trying to knock off his devious ex-partner. It almost goes without saying, but obviously, by the finale of part one, the bad guy still has the device. Now comes The End.

To elaborate on those previously-mentioned oddities and originality...

The End falls a bit short in expected "hotties". The girls are sexually top-of-the-line, but not quite as attractive (as a whole), as in Rocco Never Dies and most other Rocco films. However, their (the girls) looks, respectively, are unique to say the least. Memorable is another good word for physical traits like scars and noticeably plain tom-boyish hairstyles. Substituting for slightly weaker drama than its predecessor, The End fills gaps with more bizarre and nastier villains. For this chapter in the story, instead of overflowing with Taliban and CIA types, we are treated to Spanish mobsters, shady Lebanese arms dealers and a balding dwarf who enjoys strolling around his estate wearing only a blue-ducky pool floatie.

My selection of "outstanding" (or outlandish) scene comes down to a tie. The opening sexual coupling is set between a petite and, for this film, uncharacteristically attractive brunette operative and her assumed target - Rocco's ex-partner. Upon failure of her assassination attempt, the top bad guy battles her mano y mano. For now her ass is being royally kicked. It isn't long, though, before her ass is fully assaulted in quite another manner. Anyway, complete with spitting, slapping and almost convincing resistance, the operative tries to fend him off. He, however, has other plans which primarily include an anal reaming that definitely ranks as one of the best I've ever seen. And... for a twist... following the orgasm - she falls in love with him!

Equally impressive is a poolside sex party at the mob boss's mansion. In this scene, the ducky-adorned little mob boss insists that all business transactions take place following "Fucking!". Gangsters galore, Rocco himself and the arms dealers partake in a fully sanctioned orgy. Blowjobs, cowgirl bangs and d.p.'s ensue relentlessly as the boss looks on. But, even with all this action going on, there is something more intriguing just around the corner. As this scene progresses, the camera pans around the pool perimeter, taking in all the separate trysts, and then pauses to focus on the girl. On her knees, ass in the air, this particular mafia princess is anally fitted with the mouth-tube extension a mid-sized hookah pipe. Equipped as she is, and faced with the ducky dwarf, only one thing can happen - smoke rings. Filmed as such, it appears as though our hookah girl is inhaling with her asshole and, then, exhaling into the open mouth of her beloved pint-sized employer.

Again, one doesn't have to be well-versed with the original film to enjoy this sequel. Yes... there are certainly a few elements that may be slightly ambiguous to those not familiar with Rocco Never Dies, but overall it's the sex that counts. Furthermore, the talent pool, though not the "super attractive" type one might expect, do indeed carry out some explosive sex scenarios. If you're like me, a good dose of militant action, preceding the sex action, does wonders for the libido. As the box claims... Rocco Never Dies: The End is filled with big budget design, helicopters, guns, explosions and anal-intensive visuals.
