Big Omar's Rear Window Cleaner

He's big, he's black, and he's got charisma. It's no surprise then that Omar's allure beckons certain seductive recourse from the ladies of London.

Rear Window Cleaner is a hybrid product of gonzo and feature. The storyline, easily summed up in the first three minutes, is obviously simple - but it's still a story. However, this story is told through the eyes, and lens, of Omar's buddy Burt. Burt follows Omar everywhere he goes, capturing this short career stint in a reality-TV format. This of course includes the sex.

A brief synopsis...

The charming Omar arrives in London to meet up with Burt. Along the way home, Omar runs into yet another pal - this one employed as a window washer. In dire need of a break, this chap hands over the tools-of-the-trade asking Omar to fill in for a while. Always the good sport, Omar obliges and away he goes, bucket in hand. It's not very long before he encounters his first potential client, and from then on, window washing is replaced by ass-waxing.

Before examining the sexual details, I should give heavy mention to the issues plaguing a film that could've been very good. Because written descriptions of the sex scenes may appear quite enticing, some notes on the visuals must be brought to light, as these elements detract from the "heat" of most scenes.

First and foremost, it is a rare occurrence when male talent aesthetically overshadows the female talent to a noteworthy degree. But alas, that is truly the situation in Rear Window Cleaner. Big Omar is a very captivating, handsome and approachable fellow. In fact, his good looks have never, in my opinion, been authentically realized by any still photo or promo piece like it shines on film. I say this with no reservation; "Women will love this guy." That is what brings me to the main point: Omar's on-screen presence is wonderful, but it overshadows his uninspiring, aesthetically plain at best, co-stars - the women. The potential of high sexual magnitude is lost in the shuffle, simply because only one player is "into it".

Along with some poor audibility and distracting "jumpy" camera movement, the man behind the lens himself, Burt, is little more than an annoyance. Somehow this guy manages to make his way into every scene for a poke, prod and sometimes a blowjob. He is often barely erect, his face is never seen, and just when a scenario begins to show some promise, his dick appears therefore ruining the moment.

Regarding the DVD and the interactivity aspects, Rear Window Cleaner doesn't reach average level. Even though the menu graphics are striking, the content therein is lackluster. Frankly, I'm surprised by the limitations of this disc - considering it is a VCA production. What viewers can expect: a chapter breakdown, website information, a photo gallery and the "play movie" option.

Again, sexually speaking, this film aspired only to some vague moments of arousal. Most of these were solely achieved by Big Omar's abilities. One scenario in particular personified semi-glory - that being chapter four. On his final assignment, Omar enters the home of a cute brunette Karina. She, undoubtedly the most attractive of the lot, prefers having Omar watch her with a shiny silver vibrator, than washing any windows. Before long, she invites the big guy to cuddle close for some moments of passion. A stint of kissing and clothed fondling ensue, warming the duo up to undressing. From there, the videography improves to better showcase Karina's oral abilities, followed by an equally improved shot of missionary banging. Pairing Karina's looks with more adventurous positions than prior chapters makes this segment plausible. Omar and Karina look pretty good while performing a succession of limber moves - including a vaginal pile-driver romp. Burt's winky (that word truly fits when comparing his to Omar's) slips into the scene, toward the finale, thereby assisting in the massive unloading of jizz shortly forthcoming.

Big Omar's Rear Window Cleaner is short on scenes, actor chemistry, technical expertise and believable eroticism. Omar is great, there's no denying that fact. He is a fresh face with model good looks, fun-loving to an almost giddy point and again, very charming. His presence alone however does not elevate this production beyond average rank. Entirely too many necessary accentuating elements are missing. To be fair, suffice it to say that audiences with less bias on female aesthetics, than on the rawness of sex itself, may find pleasurable value in this flick. Ladies... I think you'll really dig Big Omar's personality and sexuality, but the vivid unkempt traits and unimpressive responses of the female cast don't serve the "it takes two to tango" theory very well. Omar's talents are overshadowed in the end.
