Point of Entry (Wicked Pictures)

Even as recently as the late 90's, most porn features were low on budget and even lower on creativity. But with Point of Entry we get to see one of the great unsung adult films of 1997, a title with both a brain (thanks to writer/director Greg Steel) and a body (busty blonde Kelly Trump).

The movie opens in a German sex club, and as the credits role, we see the on-stage "sexcapades" of performers Julie Rage and Sid Deuce, who continue their sapphic coupling after the main titles have concluded. After some intense girl/girl action that includes some toy play and Sid using a strap-on on Julie, a strange man enters the bar and eliminates one of the patrons. The fun, as they say, has just begun...

Meanwhile, back in the United States, FBI agent Jack Ryan (gee, I wonder where they got that name from?!) - who is played impressively by Vince Voyeur - gets called into the office of his boss (played by the big and black Dic Tracy, in a non-sex role). Dic tells Vince that he's going to have to work with an Interpol agent to help solve the crime in Germany, since they believe the killer has come to the USA.

We return to Germany where we first lay eyes on the beautiful Kelly Trump, who is meeting with T.T. Boy and Dave Hardman for an drop-off of some important, unknown material. Kelly wants some sex from the boys first though, and what follows is an impressive outdoors threesome that includes Kelly getting a DP from the guys! Well, at least they'll die happy...because Kelly pumps a bullet into each one of them when she's done screwing them!

The mysterious German killer (who is always wearing sunglasses and goes by the name of "Dante") has some contacts in America...including Dick Nasty and Mike Horner. After Dante meets with Dick, we get to see Mr. Nasty in a fireside threesome with blondes Sahara Sands and Stephanie DuValle; followed shortly by a back-of-a-limo coupling between Mike Horner and Asian performer Shawnee.

Vince and Kelly hook-up in the States...both as cops and as sexual partners, and the final sex scene in the movie has Kelly "comforting" Vince with some hot action that takes place inside his office. Kelly gets missionary and doggy, then hops up on Vince's tool for some anal penetration in the reverse cowgirl position.

What I enjoyed most about Point of Entry is that it contains a "twist" ending that is both a bit surprising, and doesn't even wrap up the story. I'm not sure if a sequel to this film was made, or even planned at the time, but this is one of the rare older adult films you'll find where a great deal of attention was made to giving viewers an interesting story in addition to some well-shot sex.

Being part of Wicked's discount classic line, there's little in the way of bonus material here, but the movie itself is so good (and the video/audio transfer is also nicely done) that this disc proves to be a real bargain for those looking for a nice feature to share with their significant other or just to enjoy themselves.
