Just Over Eighteen 10 is almost a perfect title from Red Light District. A few more extras and a little more attention to the DVD transfer, and it may have obtained that status...but from simply a performance point of view, this is as good as adult action gets.

We start off with cute young newcomer Teagan, who has been building quite the fan-following for herself.
