Heist 2, The

Having watched The Heist, it's kind of amazing that anyone would want to make a sequel to it. The plot was silly and the sex was unremarkable. However, writer Nelson X and director Jerome Tanner take a different approach for The Heist 2, and the film is much better because of it.

In the first movie, Hannah Harper was interested in robbing a sperm bank...which seemed kind of silly, since given her drop-dead gorgeous looks, you'd think sperm wouldn't be something she'd have trouble locating! For The Heist 2, however, Hannah has a much more devious plot in mind. She (and her three cohorts in crime - Brittney Skye, Ashley Long and Estelle Lawrence) decides to the son of a popular televangelist and hold him for a ransom of 2 million dollars. If daddy doesn't want to pay up - Hannah will take his son's virginity from him! Oh, the horror!

The son is played by Joel Lawrence in a role that allows him to show off some of his comedic ability. We first see him with his fiancé (both of whom are virgins, of course) and instead of talking about the fun of finally having sex on their honeymoon, they discuss how fun it will be to go to Somalia and teach blind children the scriptures! Yes, Joel plays a character who really needs to get himself laid!

When Hannah and the girls Joel, they take him back to his fraternity house to hold him hostage...a fraternity house with other male virgins in it! Brittany Skye goes quickly to work in devirginizing one of the frat guys - as she seduces Evan Stone in the shower. Meanwhile, word has gotten to Joel's father (played by Frank Bukkwyd) that his son is being held for ransom, and soon the frat house is surrounded by the SWAT team, which is lead by Chris Cannon.

Chris sends sniper Steve Holmes into the house to capture Hannah, but once he has her cornered and does a strip search, he can't resist giving into her feminine charms, and pretty soon Hannah has both obtained Steve's weapon and his supply of sperm (in one of the movie's hottest scenes - that includes some great anal action).

We find out that Joel's father's finances aren't the only reason Hannah has singled out the family. It seems that her old girlfriend, played by Nikki Love, actually had an affair with the minister's secretary (Holly Hollywood), and Hannah wants to get her revenge. When Joel points out that the affair really had nothing to do with him or his father (perhaps something Joel noticed himself when he read the script!), Hannah just tells him to shut up and starts seducing him.

Chris and his team of commandos finally storm the building, but not before Chris finds himself in bed with Ashley Long, and not before Joel gives into Hannah and fucks her silly. The movie concludes with the girls being sent to jail...but given this above-average sequel, I'm actually hoping for The Heist 3, and that's something I would have never said had I skipped this movie and only seen the less-than-stellar first film.

The video and audio are both above average on this DVD, with the audio being a big improvement over The Heist, where the dialogue was really hard to hear at times. Once again, the movie is letterboxed, but not anamorphic. Like the first film, this DVD also has a nice behind the scenes featurette, cast bios, a slide show and a fetish menu.

The Heist 2 really made me a fan of Hannah Harper, and I'm going to be on the lookout for other releases starring her. She's cute, she's blonde and she's British - three big pluses in my book...also, she has some acting talent, something that can't be said about many adult actresses. If you've never seen her perform before, The Heist 2 may prove to be a great introduction.
