Monique's Sexaholics

I hope this little gem isn't overlooked. With some powerhouse performances by a bevy of delectable dark divas, this flick should not be ignored. Sexaholics is quite the appropriate title; these performers rock their bodies - most with no regard for restraint. The sex is intense, the talent is hot and the film will not disappoint fans of steamy interracial action - carried out with frenzied inhibition. And, for those that didn't know, Sexaholics is Monique's project. She created it, and she directed it. Furthermore, she did it well indeed.

Not only does the animalistic Monique direct, she performs a scorching opener. Fortunately, the chapters to follow do manage to maintain the incredible standard set forth. But back to the beginning sequence, Monique gives a little outdoor tease show before the scene cuts to an indoor environment. Jumping right in to things, she frantically fucks a jelly dong; spitting on it for added lubrication, and our devilish delight. Before you know it though, Spanish madman Nacho enters, and the extreme ensues. There are scenes of throat-gagging, rimming, ass slapping and a notoriously naughty four-finger ass plugging. This all precedes a mindblowing unfolding of straight fucking and anal plowing, which ends with an equally astounding image of jizz down the hatch.

Promise and Ice, two of the most beautiful ladies within the film, treat Mr. Pete to some light sub/dom theatrics. Ice carries out the subtleties of dominance very well when she leads Pete into the mix via lease and collar. Promise plays a more subdued role, and it compliments the other characters with diversity. The girls take turns giving blowjobs, then receive some oral attention themselves. Once the fucking initiates, this chapter demonstrates both the characteristic of pleasure and that of aesthetic beauty. Some films just can't produce those two things at the same time. Though there is no anal involvement, the closing sequence makes up for it in the "raunchy" department. After Mr. Pete dumps his manjuice into Ice's glorious mouth, she in turn swaps the hefty load - very graphically - into good little Promise's kisser.

Toni Ribas, another Spanish import, takes on nipple-pierced Obsession in a somewhat reserved vignette. Though she physically appears to be unrelentingly sexual, there is again no anal play, and the final pop shot is steered away from the lips altogether. The screwing is fairly exciting, but the overall experience was just a tad unfulfilling.
Challenging the first couple of chapters, in terms of debauchery and sizzle, an all-girl threesome erupts like Mt. Vesuvius - melting everything in its path! Here we have some examples of how the voluptuous "bigger" girls can bang the day away. This lezbo action kept my attention, with hardly a blink, the entire time. Dildos, vibes, strap-ons, and unforgiving double-penetrations take chapter four over the top. Closing Sexaholics out is another ménage a trois. Kyle Stone, Sam and Tristan turn a bedroom scene into a light-hearted, yet sexually gratuitous fuck fest.

The most impressive element of Sexaholics is Monique's careful consideration of audience. She goes virtually no-holes-barred, and no theme unexplored with her vision of erotic film. Kudos to Monique and the ever-growing number of female performers-turned-directors out in porn land. This movie takes a shot at hitting an arousing nerve in audiences that could be comprised of both raincoaters and couples, assuming the latter is seasoned to hardcore sex cinema. As a performer, she knows what makes a hot scene. The consequence of that knowledge, at least in most of the included sequences, is fruitful libidinous joy for the viewer.

Considering also the qualities of a DVD, Sexaholics plays very clear and smooth. The sound is good, with the exception of some moments where the soundtrack drowns out the moans and groans of sexual couplings. The chapter menu breaks the film into six total. However, there are truly only five sex scenes; chapter five is, for some reason, split into two parts on the menu. Also, and I find this very uncommon for major released, the chapter menu is not in motion - it is made up of stills only. Other interactive options include a behind the scenes segment (not very informative -primarily just a photo shoot), still photos, web info and phone sex ads. The only real "interactive" goody to speak of regards the DVD-ROM bonus room access. In short, placing the DVD into your computer will take you to extra specialties on the internet.

In conclusion, if the main content, or sex itself, is more important than DVD bells and whistles... then Sexaholics is a worthy cause. The sex is very impressive. And again, this movie was conceived by one of porn's wildest sex sirens; she's not just a performer - she choreographed this delicious display of flesh. Just remember, this isn't the average chick-flick. Sexaholics is unapologetically dirty, graphic and most of all - exciting.
