Rocco Meats Trinity

I like Rocco Siffredi flicks, and I love Evil Angel videos in general. However, for every SANDY INSATIABLE or ROCCO'S TRUE ANAL STORIES #5, I'm to something monotonous and generally lackluster such as ROCCO MEATS TRINITY, which happens to be the disc currently under review. Oh sure, you get plenty of down and dirty sex executed with Olympian athleticism; and of course, nobody does it like the Italian Stallion when it comes to a rough and tumble performance. I pity the new talents of the industry who are just now learning what it's like to be manhandled by him: This guy can really put them through the wringer. And yet, his natural charisma and nice guy attitude make all the "tough love" seem acceptable, even tasteful perhaps.

However, ROCCO MEATS TRINITY is too straightforward and uneventful to qualify as a Rocco Siffredi classic. The appeal of titles like ROCCO MEAT AN AMERICAN ANGEL IN PARIS, or ROCCO MEATS KELLY, or ROCCO MEATS whoever is to see fresh-faced girls undergo a sexual hazing by the number one stud in porn. As with all his female prodigies (including Sandy, Kelly and other sluts with single names), Trinity is quite attractive and extremely watchable as she goes through the hardcore motions. Interestingly, she is not the girl who appears on the cover. Rather, the brunette who is clearly getting sodomized doggy-style happens to be trim dark-haired Tanja.

Tanja is first put to the test as Rocco's sex slave. (In fact, in the very first scene, she appears in a skimpy maid's uniform ready, willing and able to serve.) Tanja greets him with a tray full of food, he feeds her a croissant by mashing it into her mouth and then they fondle, kiss, prod, poke and of course, suck and fuck. While not a gorgeous girl by any means (reasonable minds may differ), Tanja proves herself to be a trooper, especially when being anally pile-driven as a dildo is stuck up or rather down her quim. Trinity then comes into the picture, dons a strap-on, and proceeds to assist Rocco DP the brunette. Their three-way proceeds for the next hour, and is notable for the multiple and frequent ass-to-mouth shots by both girls, as well as Trinity getting choked and anal-ized by Rocco's hard-on leading up to the cum facial. While this scene is a great introduction to the leading starlet, it is far, far too long and would have benefited by a few trims here and there.

The next scene is an "Orgy In Paris" (as the chapter title states) involving a cast of over forty participants. (For the sake of completeness, these predominantly European players are as follows: Trinity, Tanja, Alina Sun, Tiffany, Coline, Adrianna Laurenti, Syrena, Stephanie, Anne, Jul, Fair, Karine, Peggy, Anita, Line, Marie, Corrine, Delphine, Julie, Aurelio, Sandra, Joachim Kessef, Anthony Alain, lou lou Bois Dante, Luc, Michael Cherito, Kokol, Akira, Tonton Blanc, Pascal, Daryl Fletcher, Frank, Fabrico, Franky, Steve, Dino, John P., Gil, Jann, Hugh, Sebi, Pierre, Fletcher, and Juf.) . When you consider the sheer logistics of filming a scene with this many people, Mr. Siffredi deserves some kudos for pulling the whole thing off to begin with. However, as with the first scene, this orgy goes on for too darn long, taking up the remaining hour in this two-hour fifteen minute flick. Even worse, I didn't care for the costumes and masks worn by the women. Seemingly inspired by the movie EYES WIDE SHUT, this scene was filled with too many visual distractions for my tastes. We spend a good five to ten minutes watching the girls fit into their attire, as Rocco greets and makes out with each chick like Richard Dawson meeting females on the old FAMILY FEUD game show. To me, it all felt like needless padding.

However, the orgy does have a nice and natural build-up to it, beginning with some girl-girl work while the men watch for a while before joining in. You won't have to wait too long for all the anal debauchery to begin, and once it does, it goes on non-stop for forty minutes. Some of the guys wear condoms; a few of the girls toss salads, do rim-jobs, get gang-banged and even swallow. However, because of the masks, the performances look and feel strangely anonymous with no true standouts among the chaos of vibrating bodies. It was difficult to resist the urge to fast-forward through most of these scenes, which is something I don't usually say about any Evil Angel production.

As for other stuff on the DVD, you get your usual decent bag of tricks. A short reel of bloopers play during the end credits, and they are amusing to say the least. I would have preferred to see more of them in a separate section on the DVD, but what you get is good enough. This DVD also provides nearly fifty minutes of extra footage taken from the final orgy. Given the fact that I found the original scene too long to begin with, the additional material did little to raise my interest. Other bonuses include a fairly well-written biography on the director, website promos, a picture gallery, and cumshot recap divided into five chapters.

ROCCO MEATS TRINITY is an undistinguishable piece of product by what is usually a good director and excellent performer. Unless you find Trinity truly irresistible, I would pass.
