Affair with Kylie Ireland, An

Since Chasing Stacy was released by VCA back in the summer of 2000, I've been waiting for another interactive sex title which would live up to that one's potential. Since then, VCA has released a number of DVDs with Fantasex on them, but none of them were made solely for the digital format (they were basically features with Fantasex thrown on them). With An Affair With Kylie Ireland, fans can once again return to the interactive thrill they got from playing Chasing Stacy.

The DVD offers the choice of branching out to four possible storylines, and that option continues with every scene on the disc...so just tap the directional buttons on your DVD remote, and see what Kylie does next!

While I only had one adventure with Kylie for the purposes of this review, I'm guessing there are dozens (if not more) of adventures to be had, which will make the this disc one that holds up to numerous repeat viewings.

I selected the starting branch that showed a picture of Kylie having phone sex, since I wanted to see how interactive this would be. After a few segments with Kylie talking about this new boyfriend (gee, I guess that's me!) she wanted to meet, we finally get to the phone sex segment. Kylie is lying back on the floor talking to a guy (once again, I guess that's me!) on the phone and encouraging him to whack-off. We see a picture-in-picture view of the guy's lower half sitting in front of a box cover to Kylie's film Uninhibited Girl and getting his rocks off while Ms. Ireland is talking to him (again, I guess that's supposed to be me...so while I'm not crazy about watching "myself" jerk off, I'm glad to see I'm well-endowed!).

After the phone sex session, I was eventually asked if I would like to have Fantasex with Kylie, and I said "no" for the time being. After a few more short segments (including a solo-masturbation scene with Kylie), I was asked if I wanted to watch a bonus scene, which I decided to do. I was taken to a mini-orgy with Kylie, a guy and a couple of other girls which I am assuming is taken from another movie with Kylie, although it may very well be new material. After watching this scene, I was to start the Fantasex right away, and was asked to pick a mood for Kylie to be in...I naturally wanted her in the nastiest mood possible...although you can change this at any time during the Fantasex.

Those of you familiar with Fantasex and other interactive sex DVDs know what to expect from here on in. You can have sex with Kylie in a number of positions and moods, including oral, blowjob, finger action, doggie, cowgirl and missionary. Surprisingly, the best of these (at least for this viewer) was the finger action, as the guy shoves up to eight fingers into Kylie's pussy (in the "hottest" mode), coming about as close to fisting as you legally can in an American adult title.

The only real downside of the Fantasex is that many of the selections only give the viewer the option (via multiple angles) to watch either Kylie's face or Kylie's pussy during the action. There are very few angles in which the viewer can see both Kylie's face and any penetration she is receiving. Another small complaint is that the "Oral" selection (where "you" lick out Kylie), is kind of a rip-off...since all you really see is a close-up of Kylie's pussy with no tongue action in sight. I suppose this is so you can go up and lick your TV screen...but mine is way too dusty to attempt this!

But these are just nitpicks that will perhaps encourage VCA to give us a more interactive and interesting Fantasex DVD next time around. I would really like to see a title which was similar to a "Choose Your Own Adventure" story...where the viewer got the option of manipulating much more of the actual storyline...choosing where Kylie goes, what she does and who she does it with.

All my nitpicking aside, An Affair With Kylie Ireland is still a really fun DVD, and the best interactive sex title to be released since last year's Chasing Stacy. It's a must-have for all Kylie fans, and worth a look for those of you interested in interactive sex on DVD.
