Cheerleader Pink

Jim Holliday films are always interesting to watch. Although one could say that his movies are somewhat interchangeable in context - clearly, some of his titles are hits, while others are misses. I think part of the problem may be that sometimes Jim gets so concerned about what new "Hollidayisms" he'll come up with, that he forgets to just have some fun.

The good news is that Cheerleader Pink is a return to the "fun and fluff" Holliday that we have enjoyed in the past. Not only has he gone back to providing viewers with the eye candy we really want to see (you can't go wrong with women dressed as cheerleaders having sex!), but he's done a nice job of selecting the talent for this title, giving us both veterans like Selena Steele, Sharon Kane and Shayla LaVeaux, while providing a healthy dose of young talent such as Taylor Rain, Cameron and Chloe Dior.

The movie opens with cute brunette Taylor Rain giving Anthony Hardwood a blowjob. We soon cut away to some picture credits, but don't worry...we jump back to Taylor's scene to finish up the action and watch as Taylor gets anal in the missionary and reverse cowgirl positions.

Then it's time for a couple of "old-timers" (well, at least by porno standards) to have some fun as Selena Steele gets it on with Alex Sanders - who is playing "Dr. Dave Desperado", the same character he has played in some earlier Jim Holliday films. I'm not sure exactly what kind of accent Alex is trying to do here, but I couldn't help thinking how much like Snagglepuss he sounded! I kept expecting him to say to Selena, "Heavens to Murgatroid...you've got a great body!" Oh well...exit, stage left!

Alex is also involved in the very next sex scene - one that teams him up with brunette Chloe Dior on an examination table. After some pussy penetration in the doggy and missionary positions, Alex slides his tool up into her ass doggy style and finally squirts his load all over her behind.

No Jim Holliday movie would be complete without some girl-girl loving, so we join a lesbian threesome between blondes Monica Mayhem, Kelli Passion and Kylie Wilde in the next segment. Blonde-haired Cameron teams up with Steve Hatcher for the next scene, which takes place on top of a table. Cameron is probably the second cutest girl in this title (first place has to go to Taylor Rain) and she does quite a nice job here - taking it anally in the doggy and reverse cowgirl position. The cumshot is a mild disappointment, as Cameron decides to keep her mouth closed, but she does help clean off Steve's cock orally once he has finished his climax.

Those who watch a lot of porn will no doubt recognize the name Jake Jacobs in the credits as a cameraman. Well, Jake gets (what I believe is) his first on-screen performance (going under the name of "Jay Crew" - but Holliday identifies him in the audio commentary track) in a threesome with Sharon Kane and Shayla LaVeaux. Jake, while certainly not the quintessential porn stud, does an admirable job, and actually manages one of the better pop-shots in this movie, showing up the other male porn veterans!

Taylor Rain gets another scene towards the end of the movie, teaming up with Lee Stone - and we also get to see a lesbian foursome with Shayla, Bunny Luv, Raylin and Lexi Lamour that was actually filmed for another Holliday movie, but never used.

Features on this DVD include an entertaining commentary track from Holliday and Selena Steele, in which the director takes time to explain himself and his films, just in case viewers have never seen one of his movies before. There's also a 10-minute Behind The Scenes featurette; trailers for Floss, Paradise Hole and Perfect Pouts; a slide show; a wall-to-wall sex option; and multiple angles.

The bottom line on Cheerleader Pink is that it's fun. It has the most beautiful women in porn performing and a storyline that is light and humorous. It may not win any awards for creativity, but it makes for quite enjoyable viewing.
