Where is she? Why is she in this slime filled tube? Why is she being held captive? These are all questions running through the mind of the innocent submissive.

These are all questions that'll be running through your mind as well when you begin watching Outpatient. And even though I never found the answers, I had completely forgotten about it by the time Mistress Aradia and Nurse Racquel got to work on their cute little submissive, Kristina.

When we meet Kristina, she's struggling to escape from a giant balloon that's formed at the end of a large flexible tunnel filled with slime. She's covered in goo and is wearing a bag over her head and not much else. Mistress Aradia, dressed in a very tight red latex nurse's uniform, is joined by Nurse Racquel, dressed similarly in white. The two drop-dead gorgeous dommes ready their medical equipment before popping the balloon and freeing Kristina - only to immediately chain her to an exam table in her black vinyl bra and red vinyl panties. After using blue saran wrap to secure her feet to the stirrups, the Mistresses put make up on Kristina, a stainless steel dental gag on her halfway through her beauty treatment.

The next scene is my favorite because Mistress Aradia employs some very cool toys in her punishment of Kristina. She starts out using a vacuum cupping set on Kristina's stomach and thighs. If you're not familiar with cupping, it's a fun little activity that involves attaching plastic cylindrical suction cups to a submissive's body. The cups leave round "hickie" marks on the body and Mistress Aradia gets some nice-looking ones to show up on Kristina's stomach. Just when that torture is over, Nurse Racquel grabs Kristina's wrists to hold her down while Mistress Aradia pulls out her violet wand. You can hear the sizzling and crackling when the mistress zaps Kristina all over her body, including her clit. The play is pretty intense and you can tell Kristina is really struggling.

When she's done with the electricity play, Mistress Aradia pulls out her trusty red leather flogger and riding crop and dishes out a little corporal punishment. After a while, Mistress Aradia seems to turn on Nurse Racquel. She grabs her, pulls off her vinyl nurse's outfit, and cuffs her to Kristina. I have to admit that a domme topping another domme is a pretty sexy proposition and Mistress Aradia does it well. She proceeds to spank, flog, gag, and make use of a mid-sized black dildo on her captives before locking Nurse Racquel in a metal cage in the corner.

For her coup de gras, Mistress Aradia oils Kristina up, puts her in a black rubber bag, and covers her head with a clear inflatable hood. Because she's breathing through a straw, Mistress Aradia engages in a little breath play, covering the straw up occasionally and choking her a bit. She follows this by opening the bag in certain spots and playing with Kristina's breasts and pussy before zipping her up and leaving her and Nurse Racuqel to their own devices as the screen fades to black.

The extras on this DVD aren't much to write home about - some trailers for other releases and a decent photo gallery. But this DVD has a lot more to recommend it than the extras. If you're a fan of light medical play and sexy women in vinyl outfits, it's probably worth your while to pick this disc up.
