Image Of Sex

Although weak on plot, Jerome Tanner's Image Of Sex is a pretty fun little porn flick, especially if seeing one-on-one action featuring some of adult's hottest up and coming stars is your kind of thing. Written by perennial porno scribe Cash Markman, the story revolves around a new super-HD adult programming option that Alex Knight gets hooked up to his TV set (kind of cool, since this is one of Legend's first adult releases that has been shot in the HD format). Not only is Alex's new programming in high definition, but every time he touches his TV screen, he can actually feel the skin of the performers!

Alex also works in one of those offices you only see in adult movies...you know, the kind where everyone is having sex with everyone else. So, in the first scene, we get to see Steve Holmes have his way with box cover babe Eva Angelina on top of one of the office desks. They do missionary on the desk then move to a couch for cowgirl and spoon - with the scene ending with Eva jerking Steve off onto her face.

Back at home, Alex watches one of his first movies on his new system. The name of the film is "Hi Def Hookers" and features a scene in a barn between brunette Tiffany Hopkins and Manuel Ferrara. The next day at the office, co-worker Evan Stone explains to Alex how one of the girls has been fired and replaced by the extremely sexy Missy Monroe...who's already making eyes at Evan. Evan convinces Alex to go home early so that he can take advantage of Missy with no one else around. The combo of Evan and Missy is probably the hottest one on this DVD - and I say that while telling you that (for one reason or another) the pop-shot for this scene is totally missing. There's an implied internal shot as Evan pumps her doggy style, but we never see any proof that he's actually blown his load. Regardless though, I still think this qualifies as the best scene in Image Of Sex.

Back at home, Alex is watching another movie called "Cum Crazy" in which Taryn Thomas and Reno are getting it on in a padded room. After watching the scene, Alex decides that he's finally going to give his girlfriend - played by Randi Wright, who's sporting blonde hair in this movie - the passion that she deserves. The final scene takes place between Alex and Randi in their bedroom, and includes missionary, reverse cowgirl, doggy and a facial shot at the conclusion.

All the scenes in Image of Sex are one-on-one boy/girl segments, and there's no anal or any other kind of kinky activity going on...just good, old fashioned fucking. That being said, I still thought the movie was one of the hotter features I have watched this year...thanks mainly to some very beautiful girls in action, and some very well-shot sex by director Jerome Tanner.

Even though this movie has been shot in HD (the image is quite sharp), the title has not been anamorphically enhanced for those with widescreen TVs. It is however, letterboxed, so the black bars at the top and bottom of your screen are normal for this format. The audio is offered in 2.0 Dolby, and is about standard in quality for an adult DVD.

Extras on the disc are also pretty average, although the 8-minute "Backstage" segment which is made up of interviews with Taryn, Randi and Missy is definitely worth the look. Other extras include a slide show, brief bios of the girls and information on Legend's website.

Most of the girls in this movie can be found in much more hardcore gonzo offerings on the market, but if you're looking for these gals at their sexiest, you won't be able to do much better than Image Of Sex.
