Hard Tails

Okay, so the set pieces won't be winning any Academy Awards, but Hard Tails has much more to offer - namely, Taylor Hayes. For some reason there is a story here, but don't worry, it won't distract you from the sex.

Taylor plays Persephone Schnittlefitch, a sexy biker clad in leather who travels through the state of Texas. Reminiscent of Penthouse's Biker Chic DVDs, Hard Tails is a little fetishistic for some porn-viewers, and not fetishistic enough for others. If you're looking for hard-whipping, leather-wearing, chain-spanking action, than this is not the DVD for you. It only comes across as that type of movie. The cover art is nice but a bit deceiving. It's really just a simple adult movie that can be enjoyed by singles and couples alike. There are no lesbian scenes (though there is a threesome at the end but it's done tastefully so your lady won't be turned off) so if that's your bag then you should look elsewhere. But the straight sex is steamy enough to keep even the pickiest porn watcher interested.

The first setting is a remote desert that is either supposed to be a surreal dream-like fantasy or an homage to Ed Wood (with the cacti and all). I have to admit that I like to see some effort put forth in my adult movies. If you can't afford to make something believable than maybe you should set your scenes in a bedroom. After all, I'm watching it for the sex, not the set design. But soon the sex begins and the players are hot (and let's not forget that it's the players we came to watch). Cheyenne Silver, Cherie and Taylor Hayes all set the screen on fire. The men are more set pieces than characters but as the first cumshot literally paints the curly blonde's face, you'll be glad that the women are in charge here.

Like other Vivid DVDs, Hard Tails has a terrific menu and extras to die for. The multiple angles and full-motion chapters make it easy to take control of the action. There's a Positions Room with several options for just about anything that turns you on (except for girl-girl). There is a Bonus Room with five scenes from other films (and lesbian lovers take note: there's plenty here for you including rim jobs and threesomes). And as with other Vivid DVDs, there are outtakes and bloopers, as well as phone-sex ads that are steamy in their own right.

I cannot emphasize enough how this is a Taylor Hayes movie and although she isn't present during the first scene, it makes her arrival that much more anticipated. She's stunning to watch and I'd rank her in the top ten for blowjobs. One of the last scenes involves Cheyenne Silver and Taylor Hayes in a threesome with Steven St. Croix. Like I mentioned earlier, the only disappointing aspect about it is the lack of girl-girl action. There's no kissing and no pussy-eating, only very little nipple sucking. But what can I say, just having these two bombshells in the same room is enough to maintain an erection.

Hard Tails isn't fantastic. It doesn't have a good story or any kind of acting, really. But if you want to watch beautiful women doing what they do best, this is the DVD for you. I'll say this about Hard Tails, instead of jumping from one sex scene to another, they did a good job with setting up the climax. There are certain DVDs where it's acceptable to cut to the cumshot, but this isn't one of them. There's plenty of sex for the price of admission, but don't expect hardcore biker sex. It's actually quite the opposite... with scenes taking place on a blanket underneath a shady tree.

For those of you just looking for a good time alone, go ahead and take a chance. You could do worse than Taylor Hayes (although I'd buy a DVD of her just sitting in a chair staring at the wall). Good job Robby D., just work on the sets in the future.
