My First Porn 4

Originally released in 2005, MY FIRST PORN 4 looks and sounds a lot better than most of those amateurishly made gonzo titles featuring the newest hotties in adult, thanks to way above average videography and skilled direction by Robby D. The esteemed director once again assumes his Jack persona, an aspiring pornographer luring new girls into his cinematic visions. The premise here (and used repeatedly in other volumes) is that female talent is being recruited to star in a new music video, or some other potentially star-making vehicle. It's a formulaic approach which lost its freshness immediately after the ending of volume one, but has since become a recurring themes with slight variations. Of course, Jack eventually introduces these newbies to his friends, and his mission to capture hardcore footage is now accomplished.

Still, I have to imagine that more than a few viewers be misled by the title of this series, which more accurately refers to "Jack's" point of view (which so happens to be the name of yet another Robby D. series for Digital Playground) and efforts into producing smut with different girls in every edition. After all, Charmane Star has been in the business since at least 1999, and girls like Jasmine Byrne, Brandy Talore and Lori Alexia have made appearances in other videos up to one year prior to this release. Only fair-skinned redhead Tawny Brie appears to have made her entrance into blue movies through this video and has performed in a small handful of flicks since then). So contrary to the literal meaning of MY FIRST PORN, this isn't a video in which you're likely to meet any up and comers or dirty debutantes making a debut appearance.

Frankly, I would rather the director dispense with all the inane and often unconvincing banter with his girls. I give credit to him for at least introducing some storyline element, instead of diving soullessly into the sex, but the act and attempts at humor wear thin very quickly. Fortunately, the speed-search function on your Blu-ray allows you to skip over parts where girls aren't naked and putting their lips and tongues to work.

Of all the girls, only Jasmine truly amazes in a hot, hot, hot anal scene with Scott Nails. The ass to mouth work is good and nasty, thanks to Miss Byrne's superb oral skills. A good, messy facial or even better yet, an oral cumshot would really have topped off this excellent opening scene, but instead, Mr. Nails simply splooges on her butt. It doesn't ruin what went on before, but I wanted a better slightly better ending than that. There's no doubt, however, that Jasmine's scene takes the wind out of the following affair between Charmane Star (perhaps the sexiest girl in MY FIRST PORN) and Eric Masterson. As beautiful as she is, Miss Star can't maintain the heat ignited by her predecessor (in fact, there are times where she really isn't even trying on her own), and as a result, we get a less than fully satisfying scene.

Brandy Talore is a top-heavy blonde who does a similarly unremarkable job with Chris Charming. Since most of the action and camerawork is centered on her chest, and because I'm not necessarily into big boobs, I couldn't muster any special interest for their pairing. However, Tawnie Brie definitely captured my attention due to her leggy, girl-next-door appeal and because she swallows Eric Masterson wholly and without reservation. The movie ends unremarkably with an interracial coupling between Lora Alexa and Evan Stone, who is really a nice guy, but not a personal favorite to see on the screen by any means. Her blowjobs are really good, and she reacts convincingly when getting boned, so those who have a particular interest in seeing a cute black chick getting it on with a mugging white guy, then this is it.

As is often the case, Digital Playground Blu-ray titles are first rate when it comes to both video and audio quality. Since this title was produced several years ago, it may not have the clean look of recent releases, but I doubt anyone would have any significant technical complaints. Because of my feeling towards the main feature, I didn't really notice the absence of any Behind The Scenes footage though patrons have a right to expect more of a Blu-ray release. Unfortunately, there's not much else to enjoy once you're done with the Photo Gallery and trailers which are standard in every Digital Playground video.

Overall, MY FIRST PORN #4 is an average effort from a director who has done much better. Get it for Jasmine Byrne, but keep overall expectations a bit modest.
