Sitter, The

Although it has the look of something that was shot in a day, Vivid's The Sitter is actually a pretty good idea for an adult feature and should appeal to any husbands (or wives!) out there who have always fantasized about making it with their babysitter.

The "twist" here is that married couple Steven St. Croix and T.J. Hart aren't parents at all...they use a doll to trick the young women they hire into thinking they have a baby. Of course, since the women they are hiring are having sex instead of watching the "baby" anyway, Steven and T.J.'s ploy is never discovered.

As the movie opens, Steven and T.J. find their most recent babysitter - played by Sativa Rose - fucking in their backyard with boyfriend Scott Nails. After letting the couple finish their sexual encounter, Steven and T.J. scold Sativa for not being responsible, and T.J. offers to drive her home. Once she takes Sativa back to her truck though, T.J. can't keep her hands off her and a lesbian tryst ensues.

A similar scenario happens with the next babysitter, played by covergirl Monique Alexander. Steven and T.J. catch her making out with Derrick Pierce, and this time it's Steven who offers to take her home. Monique winds up giving Steven head inside the truck, but sadly we never get to see a pop-shot in this blowjob-only segment.

Steven is so taken with Monique, he encourages T.J. to ask her back. When Monique returns, she's seduced by T.J., but soon joined by Steven as well for a movie-ending threesome.

The movie is presented in the full-frame format, with 2.0 Dolby sound. Extras on the disc include a short, 5 ½ minute behind the scenes segment; five bonus scenes taken from other Vivid movies (and including talent such as Sunrise Adams, Sky, Briana Banks, and others); a text biography of Monique; a pair of slide shows; and 4 trailers for other Vivid releases.

There's more sex than story in The Sitter, and it moves along at a brisk pace - having only an 83-minute running time. But, as noted above, this is a great idea for an adult feature, and the only downside (other than the absent pop-shot in Monique & Steven's blowjob segment) is the fact that Vivid didn't put a little more money and thought into this idea, since it could have made for one of their better selling titles this year. As it is though, The Sitter is certainly worth your time and money.

I liked many things about this feature. The performers were hot and seemed to enjoy the sex. The premise itself is highly erotic to me, but I think that it could have been fleshed out a little more. I enjoyed Monique and Derrick's scene in the living room and most of the final scene with Monique, TJ and Steven. My only gripe is that there was barely any girl/girl action between Monique and TJ. And I could never tell if Monique was into Steven and TJ or not. As I said before, overall it was pretty good.
