Head to Head

It may be crazy to recommend purchasing a DVD on the basis of one scene -- but I'm doing just that.

Janine is a girl-on-girl fave, for good reason, and she was at her best in her earlier days, prior to her tattoos and brunette hair. In this movie, she performs a girl-on-girl sex scene that is simply tremendously arousing. The action and positions aren't mind-blowing ... it does end with anal strap-on, which is fantastic ... but it's undeniably sexy. A major turn-on for girl-on-girl fans and/or Janine fans.

Typical Paul Thomas film, which means annoying graininess and sometimes bizarre edits, but also fantastic performances and erotic lighting and mood. I think PT is one of the most consistently great porn directors out there, but it ain't gonzo and it ain't Pirate if that's what you're after.

So, yes, buy this DVD just for the opening g/g scene with Janine. The rest is okay-to-good (the gloryhole sex scene is arousing) but not superb. But that opening scene ... man, it's almost lovely.

Do you like cream with your coffee? Or are you like me and like coffee with your cream? I'll watch an all sex video -- because my girlfriend prefers it, but my favorite part is the girl/girl action. With "Head to Head" we're both happy.

The movie starts out with Janine in the most emotionally sensuous love scene between two women that I've ever witnessed. Janine reappears later in the movie for an encore performance that highlights how powerful girl/girl teasing can be. Think of it as visual girl/girl phone sex -- for women -- and you'll get the picture. This is truly one of my favorite all sex movies. Paul Thomas is a master.
