Buttman's Anal Show

From the director who brought us some of the very best porn ever made, John Stagliano's latest release, BUTTMAN'S ANAL SHOW is a bit of a disappointment, with a problem-ridden DVD transfer and erotic content that fails to meet up to Evil Angel standards. I suppose that it is unfair to compare this video to classics like BUTTMAN'S ULTIMATE WORKOUT and FACEDANCE 1 and 2, but with only three extended scenes throughout the whole running time, I think that his fans deserve better. Mr. Stagliano continues to deliver long and loving shot of some fabulous asses, and his camera work and video quality control have come a long way since his earliest BUTTMAN releases. However, when there is so much other Evil Angel product available ANAL SHOW becomes a second or third rate porn-of-choice.

Sexy brunette Vanda is enchanting as we follow her wonderful ass up a flight of stairs and into a studio, where she would be later joined by Tabitha Cash look-alike for an exhausting foursome. This is by far the best scene in the whole movie, and has almost everything a porn fan could want in a four way fuckfest, including some brief foot fetishes and lots of double penetration action. The facial money shots are also well photographed, making a great ending to a great scene. Since Mr. Stagliano has obviously chosen to give us the best stuff first, the remaining two sequences are kind of a letdown.

Christoph Clark then introduces the director to the delectable golden girl Caroline and her equally blonde friend Kata. Understandably, John Stagliano cannot resist burying his face into her irresistible ass, but it is Clark who gets to party with them. Caroline is a real beauty, and it was a pleasure to see her being in this nasty ménage a trois. Fans of ass to mouth fucking, dueling blowjobs and rim jobs will find lots to like here.

Finally, Gina Vice, who could pass for a cousin to so-called gangbang queen Houston, subjects herself to all sorts of alien-like anal probing, but most of the actual sodomizing is done with a condom. Like all the girls in this video, she is a very enthusiastic and aggressive sexual performer, but I would have preferred seeing another scene with a different girl if Gina's overly-long scene had been edited down a bit. Still, for those who enjoy Max Hardcore-like action, and lot of anal close-ups, Mr. Stagliano's camera is up close and personal to all the proctological action.

The DVD has considerable technical difficulties which need to be addressed. First of all, the movie pauses in between chapter stops, as though the DVD were going through a layer change. Also, it is not possible to do a reverse-search beyond the beginning of any chapter, which is the exact problem I had with Caballero's NIGHT TRIPS DVD. The animated main menu has plenty of options like a "fetish menu" and direct cumshot access, but there is also a lot of pixellation in the animated menus, which is annoying to watch. The DVD boasts about its "new and improved" menu layouts, but I think they are less effective than the menus in DOGWALKER and FACEDANCE. Because of the technical problems, I have to consider that the features available on the disc as below average. Overall image and sound quality are very good, making this one of the better Evil Angel DVDs that I have seen.

This is a good, but not great, video directed by a director who usually aspires to perfection. But if you can get over the frustrating technical problems, BUTTMAN'S ANAL SHOW can pass as an above average video

This movie has everything I look for in porn. Caroline Cage really turned me on in this movie, as well as Vanda! Gina Vice's scene really sparks and she has the hottest sex you can ever see in an X-rated feature!

When he's on his game (and rarely is he not), few people can touch the fantastic porn produced by John Stagliano. This disc isn't quite equal to its content. It has mild pixelation and color moire throughout, which is an improvement over older EA discs.

For those who aren't familiar with his director's commentary, Stagliano's isn't an audio track that runs over the video; instead it's talking head footage of Stagliano actually watching the video on his editing system while he reminisces about making it. Of course, the disc also has Evil Angel's fetish menu that allows viewers to skip right to their favorite action, and lots of chapter stops, which we love.

Hot, hot, hot is all I can say! Hot women with bodacious rears...does not get better than this! Many try to mimic Stagliano's work, but at the end they come out short. Stagliano rules, period!
