It's hard to say how Nectar's success has impacted Ninn Worx, but a little competition is never bad for the customer.

The first scene opens on a futuristic set, featuring an exam-like table at the center. The audio on the other hand is handled quite well, as long as you don't mind listening to repetitive synthesized music. There appears to be a diegetic soundtrack buried somewhere beneath the music, but it's very hard to hear. Still, hearing the performers isn't the focus; it's the music and editing that drives the production from beginning to end. In addition to the slideshow and trailers, the disc includes 14 minutes of behind the scenes footage. The random snippets contain on-set interviews with Ander, Kimberly, Justine, and Brooke.

As with most of Marty Zion's titles, Space 2077 is targeted for a specific audience and probably won't appeal to the average hardcore fan. Unless you're familiar with it, the fast paced editing and overpowering music definitely takes a while to get used to. Like Ninn, Zion creates a porn viewing experience that closely resembles a music video. In fact, the heavy style tends to overwhelm the substance. Strip away the fancy editing and you're left with pretty standard porno action, with more emphasis on flawless aesthetics than on raw action. So analyze your tastes carefully before settling on this one. Chances are you'll either love it or hate it.
