Hustler's Pornographer starts with a scruffy looking maintenance man named Anthony installing hidden cameras in the hallways, bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms of the tenants in his building. As police look into a small fire in one of the apartments, they notice one of the cameras and start an investigation.
