Be Careful Who You Fall In Love With!
Stormy plays a young woman who will stop at nothing to get what she wants in Michael Raven's Black Widow, a well-acted and well-shot adult feature from Wicked Pictures.
Stormy stars as Peyton, who was raised in less than ideal circumstances by parents of questionable moral fiber. Determined not to wind up in the same situation her mother has found herself in, Peyton decides she will marry rich and then slowly poison her husband in order to live the rest of her life wealthy, but without the trappings of being a "kept woman".
The man that she singles out for her plot is a 56-year-old named Charles (played by Randy Spears), a man who is both a corporate lawyer and a chronic depressive - meaning when Stormy does poison him, it's not going to make it hard to look like a suicide. To make sure he doesn't become suspicious, she caters to his every sexual desire - including allowing him to have sex with other women while she watches.
Stormy gets a book on assisted suicide and starts slowly poisoning Randy by sticking pills in the drinks that she prepares for him. But things start to turn sour when Randy catches her with another man (Barrett Blade), and then one of Stormy's best friends (Kayla Carrera) discovers her suicide book and mails it to Randy with a note that indicates Stormy is trying to poison him.
At this point in the movie, Randy's character becomes quite suspicious, and the rest of Black Widow is a mental cat and mouse game between the characters of Peyton and Charles, as both believe the other is trying to poison them. The conclusion is a nice twist (although I must confess a predictable one), with neither person getting a happy ending.
As the plot unfolds, we get a number of nice sex scenes, beginning with a coupling between Stormy and Randy. Stormy is featured in two other scenes in the movie - her "cheating" scene with Barrett Blade (which is my favorite of the lot); and a movie-ending flashback scene with Cheyne Collins (from when Stormy was hooking herself out) that seems thrown into the movie just to get a fifth sex scene in it. The other two scenes are a pairing between Carmel Moore and Randy (with Stormy watching the action); and a one-on-one between Kayla Carrera and Marco Banderas.
Wicked has done a nice job with the extras on this disc, which include a pair of deleted/unused scenes. First, there's a full-blown sex scene between Kayden Faye and Dick Nasty (who plays Stormy's father); and there's also some extended footage of Stormy soaping herself up in the shower. The DVD also contains a bonus scene between Stormy and Voodoo taken from the title The Muse.
Also offered up as extras are a feature-length commentary track with Michael Raven, Stormy and Randy; a 21-minute Making Of featurette; a 75-second (faux?) documentary by Michael Raven entitled "Search For The Black Widow"; a blooper reel; the trailer for Black Widow, as well as the typical slide shows and trailers you'll find on most Wicked feature DVDs.
I appreciated Black Widow more for the acting than for the sex, but it is a well-made couples-friendly title that fans of Stormy Daniels won't want to miss.
